Five Boroughs Music Festival (5BMF) presents Cecilia Duarte, Trio Chapultepec, and percussionist Jesús Pacheco for its 2023-2024 season opener, Reencuentros, on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 7:30pm. The informal performance will take place at Five Boroughs Brewing Company in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, with a subsequent concert on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 7:30pm at Flushing Town Hall in Queens.

The Music Institute of Chicago's 2023–24 season of Nichols Concert Hall Presents opens with mezzo-soprano Cecilia Duarte performing a program entitled “My Latino Heart” Saturday, September 23 at 7:30 p.m. at Nichols Concert Hall, 1490 Chicago Avenue, in downtown Evanston.

The Town Hall has announced details on a series of concerts spotlighting four esteemed women composers who have shaped American culture over the decades: the “Mother of Contemporary Gospel music,” Dr. Elbernita “Twinkie” Clark; legendary singer-songwriter Judy Collins; acclaimed opera composer Laura Kaminsky; and trailblazing composer/singer Meredith Monk.

On Friday, September 23 at 7:30 pm, Grammy-nominated early music ensemble Ars Lyrica Houston begins its 2022-23 season with an exultant concert in Zilkha Hall featuring eight solo singers and a colorful Baroque orchestra.

On June 21st, Grammy-nominated early music ensemble Ars Lyrica Houston, in collaboration with the Rothko Chapel, will present a reflective program of medieval music, entitled Contemplation in Light, in observance of the Summer Solstice.
