Taking Off! is a rollicking musical comedy set in 1967, capturing the glamorous world of air travel. Follow Amelia Dareheart as she dreams of becoming a top-notch stewardess while inadvertently thwarting a diamond theft at 35,000 feet. As she navigates her career ambitions and romantic entanglements with a jewel thief, Amelia learns about her true calling. The musical features a vibrant score by Matthew Lowy and a book and lyrics by Sonya Hayden.
