Co-written and directed by Griffin Hennelly and Michael Benjamin Bunin, this adventure tells the tale of the magical island of Umbachtu, which has been taken over by a malevolent and mysterious entity known only as “The Dark One”. Umbachtu’s only hope to save the land from doom is Benny and Griff, two red-hatted troubadours whose birth from an egg on Mount Umbachtu was foretold in an ancient prophecy. With the help of a drunk pirate, a shy sea monster and a hermit, the boys must find The Umbachtu Book of Fun, defeat The Dark One, and save Umbachtu from certain peril.
