In honor of the legendary American cellist Lynn Harrell, the American Recital Debut Award was founded in 2023 by his longtime pianist Victor Santiago Asunción to carry forward Mr. Harrell’s legacy as a beacon of great musicianship and humanity. The Award supports exceptional emerging classical musicians who demonstrate strong potential for a performance career. Gabriel Martins is one of two 2025 recipients, and tonight he celebrates his New York debut recital.
Weill Recital Hall, Carnegie Hall is at 881 7th Ave, New York, NY.
