SYLVIA - CPCC Theatre Non Equity Auditions

CPCC Theatre will hold auditions for Sylvia on Monday, September 10th and Tuesday September 11th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm in the Pease Auditorium on the CPCC Central Campus. Sylvia will be directed by Tom Hollis.

We are seeking 2 men and 4 women for characters aged 18 -60+.

Sylvia a Labradoddle 18 to 20+

Greg a middle aged man 40 +

Kate Greg’s wife not a dog lover 40+

Tom dog owner in the park 30+

Phyllis Kate’s friend with a problem 30+

Leslie a therapist of indeterminate gender 30+

No preparation necessary. Auditions will consist of readings from the script. You do not have to be a current CPCC student to participate. College credit is available to those who qualify. Rehearsals begin September 17th. Rehearsals Monday - Thursday 7 - 10pm. Performances October 26, 27, 28, November 1,2 3, 4.

We are also looking for people interested in working backstage, set crew, props, etc.
