When Andrew Davidson, a devoted father and military serviceman, is called to serve overseas, his three children—Freddy, Sarah, and Amy—find themselves spending Christmas in the care of their loving grandparents, Bob and Doris. With the recent loss of their mother and Andrew's tour unexpectedly extended, this holiday season feels especially difficult.

In the heartfelt first act, Bob and Doris break the news that Andrew won’t make it home for Christmas, encouraging the children to find hope and faith in the spirit of the season. The second act brings to life a magical retelling of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas, as the family’s love and wishes transcend oceans, rekindling their belief in the impossible.
