McCarter Theatre Center presents the world premiere of I & You: The Musical, featuring Broadway stars Jasmine Forsberg and Benji Santiago in lead roles. Based on Lauren Gunderson’s acclaimed play, this two-person musical unfolds as Caroline, confined at home due to illness, engages in a transformative late-night conversation with the enthusiastic Anthony. Directed by Sarah Rasmussen, the production features an original score by Ari Afsar and runs from September 13 to October 12, 2025.

Jasmine Forsberg is an actor and songwriter from Orlando, Florida. Broadway: Six (Jane Seymour), Here Lies Love (Maria Luisa), Stephen Sondheim’s Old Friends. First National Tour: Six. Off-Broadway: Broadway Bounty Hunter. Regional: A Grand Night for Singing (Goodspeed), Love in Hate Nation (Two River Theater), Wild Fire (Denver Center). TV: “One December Night” (Hallmark), “Llamas” (Nick Jr.). Jasmine’s debut single, “do you”, is streaming on all platforms. BFA from Penn State University.
