Split is a new musical that explores the relationship between Lillian, a former research scientist from Los Alamos, and her daughter Amy as they journey to the Grand Canyon in 1953. With a book by Michele Lowe and music by Jonathan Larson Award Winner Zoe Sarnak, this developmental production features a talented cast including Katie Thompson, J. Antonio Rodriguez, and Legna Cedillo. Directed by Jack Cummings III, the show aims to highlight the profound impact of their road trip on both their lives. Split marks the inaugural production of the New London Barn Playhouse's Nest new works program in collaboration with the Off-Broadway company Transport Group.
