Liza Minnelli's concert at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center on November 13, 2010 has been postponed for medical reasons.

According to Minnelli's representatives, she has been ordered by her doctor to cancel upcoming performances to recover from bronchial pneumonia.

TPAC is working with her management to reschedule her Nashville appearance as soon as possible. When that date is confirmed, TPAC will contact ticket-buyers about transferring their purchases to the new date.

Patrons who purchased tickets as a package to both the Liza Minnelli concert and the Artrageous event on November 13 will be called by TPAC staff in the next week to serve each customer individually. All Artrageous events will be presented as scheduled. For more information visit artrageous.org or transformnashville.com.

The telephone number for the TPAC Box Office is 615-782-4040. Visit the web site www.tpac.org, where an update will be posted on the Liza Minnelli concert as soon as a new date has been confirmed.
"Performing live is my passion and I'm greatly disappointed that I will not be able to continue my tour. I do not want to let down my fans as my loyalty to them has always been of prime importance in my life. I will be back on stage on November 20," said Minnelli.

Throughout the year Liza has been touring to universal acclaim showcasing material from "Confessions," her successful new CD. She will continue her new show when she returns to the stage on November 20 in Staten Island, New York.
