Part of a February series of "Reader's Theater" productions, reviving a past Maskers tradition of sharing diverse, script-focused theater in an intimate format during the off-season.
By Michelle Kholos Brooks and Kelly Younger; directed by Greg Marsanskis. "Kalamazoo" is a humorous and heartfelt story about aging, loss, and second chances. “As I get older, I am more interested in the problems that arise with age,” Marsanskis said. “Kalamazoo asks how do you face the rest of your life when that one special person you have been sharing it with passes away. I love the answer the playwrights explore.”
One performance only: February 2nd at 2 PM. The series continues on February 14th and the 28th.
Please note: While Kalamazoo is appropriate for most ages, the following two plays contain adult language and themes and parental guidance is recommended for teens or younger patrons.
Ages: Teen and older
