Right in the Eye (En plein dans l'œil) at La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts

Right in the Eye is a live concert that merges the silent films of pioneering filmmaker Georges Méliès with a dynamic musical score. Created by composer-scenographer Jean-François Alcoléa, the show features three musicians performing on an array of 50 instruments, delivering a unique blend of film, music, and visual artistry. Celebrating its 11th anniversary, this multimedia experience not only highlights Méliès' iconic works but also creates an emotional journey through early cinema, captivating audiences with its inventive sounds and images. The performance will take place at La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts on April 6, 2025.
