Music from the Films of Wes Anderson is a musical retrospective of the director's work, developed in partnership with Wes Anderson and his longtime music supervisor Randall Poster. The Los Angeles Philharmonic, led by conductor Thomas Wilkins, performs alongside an all-star house band featuring Musical Director Justin Meldal-Johnsen, Roger Joseph Manning Jr., Jason Falkner, Joey Waronker, and Gus Seyffert. Special guests include Beck, Jackson Browne, Ami Dang, Britt Daniel, Jeff Goldblum, Jim James, Mark Mothersbaugh, Karen O, Jean-Yves Thibaudet, Rufus Wainwright, Iryna Orlova, and Kaoru Watanabe, with additional guests to be announced. The program features score and soundtrack selections, film clips spanning Anderson's 30-year filmography, and themed experiences throughout the Hollywood Bowl grounds.
