Directed and Adapted By: Robert J Peterson One of Shakespeare's greatest comedies, MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING follows a pair of long-feuding lovers, Benedick and Beatrice, as they trace a winding course back into each others' arms. Meanwhile, a young couple, Claudio and Hero, plans their own marriage, only for a bitter rival, Don John, to thwart their intentions. Thankfully the local law, Dogberry and the watch, work the case and set things right. This production resets the action to 1979 New Orleans, presenting the play in a new adaptation that harvests dialogue from around the Elizabethan era. Old fans and newcomers alike should delight in this surprise-filled production. Featuring: Benedick: Jed Dixon Beatrice: Trish Adair Don Pedro: Philip Loring Leonato: John Gardiner Sister Antonia: Stephanie Raczkowski Margaret: Tina Marie Kelley Claudio: Amber Busse Hero: Margot Roa Dogberry: Micah Cone Verges: Molly Wingerd Seacole: Emma Jilesen Otecake: Meghan Petitt Don John: Ehrland Hollingsworth Borachio: Harrison McCormick Contrade: Audrey Delgado Barkeep/Sexton: Greg Flagg
