Her Way (隨她而流), written by Jenn Melyan, is part of the 2026 SheLA Summer Theater Festival, presented by SheNYC Arts at Rogue Machine Theatre in West Hollywood. The play follows Jessica, who returns to her mother Anita's apartment in Kaohsiung, only to discover that her mother has stage 4 cancer and wants to die with dignity by week's end — with Jessica's help. As a typhoon traps the family inside, secrets surface and tensions rise, with Jessica's father Gary caught in the middle. The darkly comic drama explores whether a mother and daughter can find forgiveness before time runs out.
