Dark Metropolis is a completely improvised cyber-noir created live in the moment by an ensemble of narrative improvisors, with no script and no safety net. Born out of Outside In Theatre's Story Studio, the show places characters at the crossroads of fate and destiny within a rain-soaked, neon-lit world of replicants, moral ambiguity, and buried secrets. The ensemble cast includes Kevin Bohleber, Jill Marie Hoffman, Qalil Ismail, Emily Kugel, Elizabeth Lanier, Megan McIver, Kevin Ocampo, Justin Michael Terry, Mike Villanueva, and Danielle Weeks, with lighting and technical improvisation by Arlo Sanders. Directed by Paul Hungerford, each performance is a unique journey built on the improvisers' choices and audience energy, ensuring no two nights are the same.
