Otello, the new Governor of Cyprus, reached the island after victorious battle and violent storm. The Ensign Iago hates the colored Otello, because this Cassio has preferred him and promoted to the rank of captain. Iago decides to take revenge and destroy Otello. By his clever tactics, Cassio in Otello first falls into disgrace. Jago encourages the unfortunates in Otello wife Desdemona to seek intercession; at the same time, he Stokes Otellos jealousy, making it his faith, his wife had a relationship with Cassio. All attempts of Desdemona, to engage in this, support the suspicion and increase Otellos duress.
