COME AGAIN

All Access features all-Equity casts reading new plays that center characters who are femme, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and/or people with disabilities.

Synopsis: Miami hospice nurse, Marina Johnson, wakes one day to find a stranger in her apartment telling her she has been tapped to be God’s climate change prophet. A comedy for a species on the brink of self-destruction.

SEEKING:

MARINA JOHNSON (she/her, 20s-30s, not white) Hospice nurse and unwilling prophet.

JESUS (he/him, 33ish, Middle-Eastern) The guy from the bible; capital-C cheerful.

FATHER CARLOS (he/him, 40s-60s, Latino) Pastor of a Catholic Church in Marina’s neighborhood.

GOVERNOR TODD ANDERSON (he/him, 40s-60s, white) Governor of Florida.

RADIO HOST (she/they) A Florida radio host, relatively unfazed by Florida news.

RADIO SCIENTIST (she/they) A climate scientist attempting to remain politically non partisan while relaying a dire message.
