Lakewood Cultural Center announces two distinctive holiday performances
The Lakewood Cultural Center is set to make your spirits bright this holiday season with two spectacular performances. Whether you prefer the sparkle of Broadway and Hollywood classics or the cozy, authentic sound of Americana, the Lakewood Cultural Center has the perfect events to kickoff the holidays. Tickets are on sale now!
Dec. 3 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., ring in the holiday season with “The Broadway Hollywood Holiday Songbook.” A cast of Broadway vocalists will delight audiences with a merry celebration of classic holiday hits from traditional and contemporary Broadway shows and Hollywood films. The setlist includes "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas," "Silver Bells," "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas," "Believe," "We Need a Little Christmas," and "White Christmas." This dazzling concert is guaranteed to lift your spirits and warm your heart.
If rollicking Americana music is more your style, make plans for the Rocky Mountain Stocking Stuffers’ performance of “Home for the Holidays” on Dec. 6 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Dec. 7 at 2 p.m. This intimate show features local music legends Jon Chandler (Dawson, The Wichitones), Mary Huckins (Dakota Blonde), Ernie Martinez (Trespasser, Runaway Express, The Wichitones) and a full lineup of renowned, Colorado-based acoustic musicians. With gorgeous vocals and thrilling instrumentals, the Stocking Stuffers beckon us home for the holidays with poignant carols and songs of good cheer.
It is a season of joy at the Lakewood Cultural Center! Tickets for both performances are now available at Lakewood.org/LCCP, by calling 303-987-7845 or stopping by the box office at 470 S. Allison Parkway. While attending your favorite holiday show, don’t forget to explore the LCC Salon exhibit of local artwork and the holiday pop-up shop, perfect for finding unique gifts.
The Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD), Colorado Creative Industries (CCI), and the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) generously support the Lakewood Cultural Center Presents 2025-2026 season.
