WYO Theater Welcomes Repertory Dance Theatre

The WYO will welcome Repertory Dance Theatre (RDT) for a 2-day residency culminating in a public performance of the modern EXCURSION Friday, January 25 at 7:30pm. RDT is a professional modern dance repertory company dedicated to the creation, performance, perpetuation and appreciation of modern dance and they have a full schedule in Sheridan hosting masterclasses for both Donna's and Pieknik's Dance along with movement classes for Renew, The HUB on Smith and Brookdale Living. RDT will also present a free matinee performance of Voyage, depicting the history of dance, to local students.

Northglenn Arts will launch its fifth a cappella concert series on January 18 with the Orlando-based, country-pop group Flight Scene. Performing at Disney Springs, Universal Studios and various cruise lines, the group banded together to go a cappella and perform the music they love simply with voice only. Most recently, Flight Scene released a music video covering Jon Pardi's Dirt on My Boots, which brings their own blend and vocal touch to this number one country single.
