About this studio
M.A. Dance Project is a studio in Cedar Park, Texas, based at The Railyard on 1431, where it has been teaching for 22 years. It describes itself as not an average dance studio, taking pride in knowing every dancer who moves through its space and in the community it has built, and says it is committed to an inclusive environment that cultivates art without outgrowing its facility. Classes are open to ages 3 and up and cover ballet, pointe, jazz and contemporary alongside yoga. The studio is home to the Impact Dance Company and Artists Ensemble Company, which recruit by audition, and it stages a studio concert for its dancers. It also runs a summer series and rents its space to outside groups.
