Do you have memories of singing famous choruses from Handel's Messiah in church, school or elsewhere? Do you enjoy listening to Messiah as part of your Advent/Christmas celebration? Then we have the program for you! Our fourth annual Sing-Along Messiah takes place on Sunday, November 30th, 2025, at 7 PM in the beautiful sanctuary of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 7701 Kenwood Road, in Cincinnati. Please note the early date and evening starting time for this year's event. Category: Arts | Performing Arts | Music Time: 19:00 - 21:00
The program is free and open to everyone!
Last year's Messiah event filled the sanctuary with choral singers and audience members alike! Soloists are drawn from the deep ranks of CCM graduate voice majors. Members of our professional orchestra, led by Messiah veteran John Sikora come from the Cincinnati area and beyond.
The choir for this event is our audience! Sit in special sections in the sanctuary to be with your fellow voice part members. If you have a Messiah score that you have cherished over the years, bring it with you! If you do not have a choral score, one will be provided for you at the door. Just return it to us after the concert is over.
If you prefer just to listen and enjoy: we need you, too!
The Messiah Sing-Along is free and open to everyone. Please invite you friends to come; hope to see you on Sunday, November 30th! !
