Local Critics

Caroline Conard

Caroline Conard

Caroline fell in love with performing when she was in middle school. She discovered she enjoyed the educational and business aspects of theatre when she was a Thespian in high school. Caroline pursued a degree in Theatre Education at Xavier University (Class of ’21), and while there, she performed, directed, wrote, did tech, and worked in the box office. After graduation, Caroline worked a few education-adjacent jobs and has since gone back to school to become certified in special education, which she now teaches full time. Caroline is an active member of the Cincinnati community theatre scene, where she primarily acts, directs, and cheers on all her talented friends. Outside of teaching and theatre, Caroline can be found making balloon animals, writing poetry, or reading, with her cat, Meatloaf, by her side.

Kristen Wooten

Kristen Wooten

Born in Cincinnati, Kristen Wooten grew up embracing her athletic side, while appreciating the Broadway influences in her home, courtesy of her uncles who made names for themselves at young ages on New York’s famous theatre scene. Having previously written exclusively in the professional sports world, she is excited to bring her love of writing to her passion for live theatre. Kristen can often be seen at the Aronoff as a proud season-ticket holder, and The Ensemble Theatre during their regular season.
