Manual Cinema's Christmas Carol returns to Chicago's Studebaker Theater for the holiday season, running from December 12 to December 28, 2025. This unique adaptation of Charles Dickens' classic features LaKecia Harris as the holiday skeptic Aunt Trudy, who attempts to revive her late husband's tradition through a puppet show held over Zoom. The production combines handmade puppets, immersive sound, and a live score, offering audiences a chance to engage with the show in an interactive post-performance experience, including hands-on puppetry demos and conversations with the cast.
