Don’t miss this workshop production of The Wishing Well - a feisty, powerful and uplifting story of resilience, love and new beginnings - performed by Queensland Conservatorium’s ever-energetic first year Musical Theatre students.
Londoner Edith Middleton escapes the harshness of her background for that great wishing well, Australia, only to arrive in Sydney in the grip of the Depression. She bears a son, Tim, a ‘blue baby’ with a hole in his heart, and, as they jostle their way forward with other people and families towards a better life, the two of them learn about the fragility and toughness of love.
Ages: This event is recommended for people aged 15 years and older.
