Music Series Concert at The Black Box to Feature Violinists

THE BLACK BOX New England Artist Series presents violinists Irina Fainkichen and Tara Novak in "World on a String" on Sunday, February 26, at 4 p.m. Fainkichen and Novak will be joined by bassist Mark Poniatowski, drummer Kenny Hadley and pianist Ben Cook. The program will feature music from around the world, including Irish, Hungarian, Romanian, American and gypsy tunes. Tea service will be available in the lobby.

Boston Symphony Announces $30 Million Expansion at Tanglewood

The Boston Symphony Orchestra has announced a $30 million project at Tanglewood in Lenox.  The new four-building complex will include a 200-seat concert hall and 150-seat cafe for musicians and audience members to interact.  It is scheduled to open in the summer of 2019.
