Wow. I'm so upset. Ari'el is the reason I spent so much $ and am making the trip to come see it (from Canada, at that!) I'm a little surprised with who they replaced him with, and not at all looking forward to seeing it now.
I don't think the rest of the cast has been announced-I'll be very interested to see who they choose. Predictions? Dream casting for any specific role (s)?
At this point I'm seeing it because I have a friend in the show and because my Dad loves the music, as do I.
Yeah, no one else has been announced. I have plenty of dream cast ideas, but those are pointless, so I'm just looking forward to future press releases!

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I would’ve loved to see Noah as the Pharaoh
In our millions, in our billions, we are most powerful when we stand together. TW4C unwaveringly joins the worldwide masses, for we know our liberation is inseparably bound.

I love Noah too, but as someone else noted, would have loved to seen him as Pharaoh instead. Ari'el and Noah are as opposite as possible. Very disappointing to lose Ari'el. He'd be ideal. I'm happy for Noah, but this isn't as thrilling. Glad I didn't purchase.

Noah is a great actor/singer and is more than capable. In addition, many of the youngsters in the backing choir will be able to see a fully out, gay man capable of (and having the opportunity to) lead a show - the same young man they looked up to on TV in The Real O'Neals. Or at least that's how I'd view this change of casting if I were in the backing choir!
His addition definitely is giving me interest in attending this. I'm praying Stephen Oremus can fix the Joseph Megamix and finally bring that up to date. It can't sound like late 80s disco pop forever...
