If you're referring to the code for AmEx preferred seating, it's the 1-800 customer service number on the back of the card.

But from what I can see, the "preferred seating" isn't much of a deal- it's the rear orchestra.

3/31 here we come! Can’t wait. This was a much easier process than I anticipated.

Kept getting the error message when trying to buy tickets after the map loaded. Called them, was on hold for about 5 minutes, and the representative was super helpful. Got a seat on the aisle in the front mezzanine as it looks like this is a big/wide show, but $340 with fees - ouch.

I keep getting a map error message after adding a seat. Sigh.

And the code usually is your customer service 800 #.

I don't care how far away the seats are - $99 for both parts is an amazing deal. Just got a set of tickets for a Wednesday in May. Interesting that you have to see both parts - they are not selling them individually.

Ahh well there you go: no Amex blue card entry for preferred card holders.

Needs to be a fee paying card....

Oh well.

Will hope for the dregs at the box office when the sale is PUBLIC.

You only need that for the "preferred" AmEx seating.

All tickets are otherwise available to all AmEx holders.

Oh, okay,  thanks! If I can ever get ticketmaster to load on my computer at work (blocked site anyway, using my hotspot) before lunch break ends I will be able to see for myself and purchase! I guess there will still be some options later tonight/weekend for purchase !

Thank you

Had no success at all on my laptop (kept getting errors) so used my phone, which worked but took longer because dates didn't show up clearly.  Had to go with $198 seats over more pricy options because our June trip is going to break the bank and ended up in Orch Row W.  Anyone have opinions on that?  Will we be able to see anything back there?

I did see the NTLive stream but I'd like to experience this live - daughter has never seen it and we are both short!  So wondering if this is worthwhile or if I should be content with having seen the stream.

Finally got ticketmaster to work. The hour of errors had me reconsider how much money to spend. I am 6'4", and the thought of sitting in the last row of a theater for 6 hours in a row with no legroom and a less than stellar view seemed daunting. I want my first marathon event to be a good experience, so sadly my credit card took a big hit.

I'll be at the April 4th Wednesday matinee in the front mezz if anyone else is going that day.

I was thinking the same thing.  I also wanted my first marathon event to be a good experience so I splurged and got front mezzanine row A and aisle for Wednesday March 21st.  If I'm paying those prices, I don't want heads in front of me and I want the extra leg room with the aisle seat.  Plus a quick exit for the rest rooms during the two intermissions.

looks like the middle section of center orchestra is not on sale for any shows. Is it just a problem with me or are they keeping them for the public on-sale? I was hoping to get a seat in that section but seems like it's grey for all shows. Can't be sold out at the exact area for every show... right?

I bought in the middle section on the aisle for both parts on 3/10.

Hmm, that’s quite weird! I’m talking about the three digit seats in center orchestra from row G-ish to around L(just ball parking here, can’t remember the specific rows), were the seats that you bought in this section? I checked multiple dates and the identical area (around 100 seats or so) were all grey. Can’t afford premium seats as I am planning to see this multiple times... but the current mid-premium seats available are way too far back for the price.

So will Audience Rewards email a code or does anyone know?

Sorry I should have noted my seat is mid-premium in pricing.

Please advise - as a general rule of thumb, are last rows of the theater in the top tier (be it rear mezzanine or balcony) vertigo-inducing, economy-coach-like ie no leg room (as compared to higher priced seats)?

And then specifically, Re the Neil Simon theater?

I ask because I bought the super bargain great deal bless ‘me for offering it $50 per show seats in 2nd to last row rear mezz, but now I am wondering if that was a mistake.

(It’s not a broadway theater but for example Radio City Music Hall has great entirely comfortable last row balcony seats. Where Aladdin is playing on the other hand, they are vertigo inducing.). There are so many things I want to see I am trying to economize. I generally prefer orchestra seating the closer the better rather than the wide view but my $ reserves have limits. Need to pick and choose but frankly if there is LESS legroom in these back seats than typical, and or if they stack them higher than normal the more economical price won’t be worth it to me. Thanks for any guidance anyone can offer.

We are going Saturday, April 7. Row N Orchestra 108-109. So excited. I figured this would be a grand production, so didn't want to be too close.

Also I don’t have a AmEx code, but it looks like Ticketmaster is letting me buy tickets now. Some of them have a lock on them for the AmEx presale, but a lot don’t. I got all the way to checkout and it never stopped me

Did it let you pick a non-AMEX payment method? There is no code required for a lot of the seats, but they still require you to check out with an AMEX card either way.
