Ticketmaster keeps saying it is the venue that is denying the refund. I tried calling the Lyric Box Office, and the operator keeps dropping my call when they attempt to transfer me. Nothing is ever easy! Thank you for your suggestions and support. I will keep trying.
ticketmaster isn't allowing returns/ exchanges. They changed their policy, and seem to be very strict with it now. I'm stuck with two tickets that my parents can no longer use as well.
Hello All- As I posted in the seating thread, I have 2 tickets that can no longer be used. They were purchased the week after the policy changed.
I only want to get what I paid back, or I would be willing to exchange with comparable seats for a later date too. If it would help, I would even be willing to cover the ticketmaster fees that were added on if need be, so that you would only pay the listed price. I just can't afford to lose the full price. I'm hopeful that someone
Thanks. I've tried twice so far, and even just asked to change to a different date. No luck. The tickets were purchased after April 3, so I guess I'm out of luck.
Hey all- I have two tickets available for Thurs and Fri. May 24 and 25. I am just looking to get back what I paid... my parents can no longer go on this night. The seats are row H in the dress circle, center. Seats 103 and 104. They are available for transfer already. With the fees, it came to $851.50. I think it is too close to the event for ticketmaster to accept a return, but I am trying. I figured I would see if anyone here was interested first.
Also... even if a stranger used your code... they spent much more than $10 on their ticket... so didn't todaytix still make money?
Their discounts are pretty poor, and I only use the app to remind myself what street certain theatres are on or enter a lottery (although they don't even have many good lotteries on there anymore).
We left the revival of Cherry Orchard at roundabout, and then came back to go to the hiptix party after for the free food and wine... No regrets. We just did not enjoy the first act at all.
My TDF seat for Escape to Margaritaville on Monday was Orchestra Row K, center.
It was a great seat... and that's just about all I will say! I didn't know that it came with a sing-along diva sitting next to me who couldn't carry a tune in a paper bag. There should be a disclaimer :)
I have recently started taking lessons with Anne Runolfsson up in Westchester. She is such a lovely person, and I felt immediately comfortable with her. She's also a wonderful singer.
SO EXCITED! I have always been upset that I saw it on Broadway one week after Sutton left! (Although Susan Egan was good... I like Sutton's voice much better).
I purchased a ticket on todaytix during the black Friday sale for an upgraded orchestra seat for $89 plus fees. I am an elementary school teacher, and this week I have been hit with the worst case of strep throat I have ever had in my life. I cannot go tomorrow.
If anyone is interested in using my ticket, I can transfer it to you on the todaytix app. I would like to get as much of what I paid back as possible so that I can see this show when I am feeling better in the
The most I have seen a show is 6x (Current DOLLY revival. 5x with Bette, 1x with Donna. Front row, mezzanine, standing room). I regret nothing. I will go back to see Bernadette. In the year we have had as Americans, Dolly has been the remedy.
WOW, That's A LOT! Nov 9

I’ve seen the current production of hello dolly six times.
