I dunno, guys, I feel like this has a thimble full of potential to do moderately well for itself. Rando's proven he knows how to do comedy exceedingly well, and the score doesn't sound "godawful". With it opening in the summer, it *could* turn out to be a sleeper hit of the summer -- Nothing wrong with some irreverent musical comedy on the boards. Casting pending, for $50, I'll take it, and hope for the best.
It's better when you consider the fact they literally put an Adam Sandler movie on Broadway a few years ago, and it's probably better than this'll turn out to be.
^You got enough $, and you can get to broadway tool
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
I saw them do a short presentation at BroadwayCon and was underwhelmed. I still went to the box office and got a $40 orchestra seat this morning. I like Marilu Henner and at the very least it should be an interesting failure.
Hey, it’s me, Mitch Papadopoulos. I heard you guys were talking about my new show and I figured if I’m gonna get trolled either way, I might as well weigh in for myself. As you may know, I recently had to move home after I was fired from my fancy finance job, so I’m living proof that following your dreams is no more of a risk than settling for your boring safety plan! Anyway, I got my band back together, and we’re really hoping that our second shot at our collective first love (ROCK N’ ROLL!!!!!) plays out better than our first, when we were younger, hotter, and only a little dumber. Check out our first music video, and come see our reunion tour once it hits the Broadway stage on July 19th! bit.ly/GTBBTMusicVideo

So tell us, "Mitch", is Ken "Bialystock" Davenport paying his interns, yet?
