Is it me, or has Broadway turned into a theme park? I can't help but notice all the kid musicals this season. Is this a particular kid heavy season? Or am I just noticing them more.
Depending on the show sometimes it's supposed to be instant other times they have delays which could range from "3 to 5 days", although I've seen it take much longer.
I recently, waited 3 weeks after I ordered. Called then and was told "The tickets were never sent, you should have them shortly" After waiting 40 minutes on hold. When I asked why they were never emailed the response was "I don't know".
They honestly don't seem to care about their customers anymore, which is a real shame because the service was at least decent years ago. It's a shame that they still get away with charging those crazy fees when the
Anyone know how to get these partial view tickets for $159? They used to be at the BO only. Then Online. Now the online box seems to have disappeared for it.
The BO told me only online but I still can't find. Called Telecharge and they knew nothing (as usual).
