So many shows so little good ones. Only two NEW shows have gotten raves from the NYT in terms of musicals. Okay we have some plays that are good . But really So many musicals have been produced but none of which had really great reviews
"lol I don't really think you can really listen to the critics. Its like a game of who will hate the show more"
I really want to wait for a critical successful and commercially successful musical like A Chorus Line but I think that is next season on Broadway in the from of HAMILTON. I just think that shows need to have orginal humor rather than just poking fun at other shows
According to didhelikeit.com, currently playing on Broadway that opened this season, Ben Brantley enjoyed: Fun Home, The King and I, An American in Paris, Wolf Hall, Hand to God, Skylight, The Heidi Chronicles, On the Twentieth Century, On the Town and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time. The Visit is the last show to remain unreviewed. I wouldn't call that a terrible season.
Also this thread is terrible.
"Contentment, it seems, simply happens. It appears accompanied by no bravos and no tears."
Basically, he means his mommy wouldn't let him go to NY.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

Guys. "Mr Smith" only posts about how terrible seasons and shows are. He's a troll. As others have said, do not feed it. Nothing to see here, folks. Move on.
