I actually think Cody is the most fitting out of the entire list of casting. I think she'll be absolutely hilarious and I wish I could see her take on the role! Rob McClure is seems like an odd choice. Nevertheless, I wish I could see this!

It's sad that such a talent like Rob has had to go back to regional theatre in such a lamebrain, mainstream, crowd-pleaser. Even though Chaplin was bad, he was incredible in it. He should be a star by now.
The show will never be "great", but I enjoyed Broadway and the changes made for the tour definitely improved the storytelling and overall logic/flow.
And hey -- these folks have to eat too! There's a long tradition of top-notch Broadway folks heading to the MUNY for a limited summer run of a musical that was recently on Broadway. This happens every year in one form or another.

I will be seeing the show Saturday-curios to hear what others think if they see the show. i must say that the costumes look extremely cheap, even by Muny Standards

From watching the video there is a lot of very questionable costume choices happening on that stage. Also considering Jenny Powers' TAN, did they change the line about "skin so pale, eyes so dark..."
