Great show, but like Gypsy it's overdone.
There are so many other great classic shows that need revivals.

When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.

Posted: 3/6/14 at 2:12pmI hope it's a well done production. Just keep it simple and easy. No casting misfires (I'm looking at you Rosie O'Donnell). Well cast, well acted, no gimmicks.
If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

Burstein would be a perfect, perfect Tevye.
Lea Michele should reprise her stellar work as Shprintze.

I've always wanted to see Robin Willams as Tevye. If they're talking to a big star, I'm holding out hope it's him.
That said, I'm a huge Danny Burstein fan and I could easily see him play Tevye.
