Here's another question for you all. Don't you think Idina Menzel looks like Katharine McPhee in the If/Then ads. know they look very different in real life but Idina doesn't really look herself in those ads.

Actually that's a common misconception about the First Amendment.
Contrary to the Headband's statement above, the First Amendment has nothing whatsoever to do with StephanCasey's freedom to rant on BroadwayWorld.
The Fiorst Amendment states Congress shall make no law...see? this amendment is only about Congress not about BroadwayWorld...respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof...so far, nothing about StephanCasey or Idina Menzel...or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press...so you see? The First Amendment is only there to keep Congress from making laws about speech or religion...or the right of the people peaceably to assemble...just like we're assembled here on BroadwayWorld--Congress can't tell us not to--but there's nothing giving StephanCasey the right to rant and nothing giving the Headband a constitutional right to wag a finger at ShakinBacon and deny her the right to call him a nincompoop or a sockpuppet...and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. (That last part is neither here nor there.)
So you see: the First Amendment protects us ONLY from Congress and not from each other.
Lots of people claim a First Amendment right to say stupid things and I find it irritating.
