I don't believe there is space at the Golden for standing room.

Makes me even happier I picked up a ticket last night, as I was planning on rushing when there in June. $47 for all the way in the back, a steal compared to the pricing of the rest of the theatre (no discount code for my dates).
"

Is that $47 with or without fees? I know the $47 TodayTix tickets end up being like $59 when once you check out
"

It is $57 after fees, so if you can go to the box office, do that. Do it though Telecharge over TodayTix for sure though, since you can choose your seats and save $2, unless you have TodayTix credit.

So they're not doing rush at all anymore?

Thanks for all this info! I need clarification too - was it just on certain days they don't hold a rush? I might stop by the box office tomorrow on my lunch break to get the full info.

I went by today. There have not stopped doing rush. That was incorrect information.

They have stopped Friday - Sunday rush. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays evenings there might be seats still. The man at the box office foresees rush ending over the next month, after Tony nominations. He says if someone is first to the box office, for a Wednesday evening rush, there's a better chance than not. However, there are no guarantees at all. It depends day to day. A line of 20 people won't be given rush seats. There might be 4 for Wednesday night, for example, he said. First come, first and only served.

Hope that is helpful!

If they are only committed to maybe having 3 or 4 seats, 2 or 3 shows a week, MAYBE, why not just bag the whole thing and not waste everyone's time. This maybe we will, maybe we won't, we probably won't but we still might is just jerking people around needlessly.

For people who want to see the show for cheap and don't mind when, The Actor's Fund is holding a special midnight performance on May 17th. They have a few seats left, which are all $40. The only thing is the show starts at 11:45 that night. Not sure why that decision was made - that seems so tiring for the actresses - but it's for a good cause.

The midnight performance is basically a volunteer effort on the cast and crew’s part. They give an extra performance that will sell out and proceeds go to a good cause. Apparently, the Doll’s House Part 2 performance last year was a great performance with great audience energy. I imagine TTW will be very similar.

Which is better for this show: Row B (1st row) or Row K (both in the center)?

If the front row has good visibility, I'd rather not have heads in front of me.

Row K, though I recommend mezzanine if you're able.

They still had some $47 tickets left when I went on Tuesday and got a pair at the box office since I'd rather pay that price then have to be bothered with rush. If you don't care about sitting towards the top this would be the easiest way to go.

Has rush been offered during the past week or two? Trying to decide whether to chance it. (I don’t live or work in the city.). Thanks.

I stopped by the box office on Sunday, Monday evening, and Tuesday morning and was told by three separate people that they are no longer selling rush tickets.

Oh, that's too bad. Thanks for the information! I should have gotten there when previews started! On to plan B, whatever that is.

No more rush? Not what I was hoping to learn, but thanks for the info.

I bit the bullet and bought some $59 rear mezzanine tickets (with fees, $70). They're in the last row. But I really want to see this! My credit card will be hurting because there are also four Harry Potter tickets on there this month.

Glad I could help! I felt bad because, when I popped by, a few people that were waiting were turned away.

I really wanted to see this, but probably won't get the chance.

I was first on line Sunday got there at 11:30a. They definitely aren't selling rush anymore and the show was totally sold out that day. No way was I going to pay at least $169 for tickets to the show so I bought a $47 ticket for last row mezz for a date in June. I think that's the way to go for this show if you want to see it at a relatively cheap price. I'm surprised at how well it's selling. It makes me regret not doing rush in previews or buying tickets when they were on tdf.

They stopped doing them several weeks ago. My friend just tried again a San was told they no longer have a rush policy.
