NBC (4.392 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #1) was the demo champ on Monday thanks to the season finale of 'American Ninja Warrior' (5.389 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.1, #1) and the special 'The 2019 NBC Primetime Preview Show' (2.399 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T3).

ABC Talent and Casting will present the 2019 ABC Discovers: New York Talent Showcase, TUESDAY, SEPT. 17, at the New World Stages – Stage 2, in New York City. Part of Walt Disney Television's ongoing commitment to creating opportunities for undiscovered talent, the showcase features selected participants performing in a one-night showcase for casting directors, talent agents, managers and other industry professionals. In addition, the selected showcase actors are awarded a one-year mentorship with executives from ABC Casting. As part of the mentorship, the showcase actors will be offered on-camera workshops specifically for them to further hone their craft and auditioning skills. Talent will also have access to various ABC executives.

Nickelodeon's hit preschool series Bubble Guppies will make a splash with the debut of an all-new season and a brand-new guppy on Friday, Sept. 27, at 12 p.m. (ET/PT). Season five of Bubble Guppies (26 half-hour episodes) will introduce Zooli, a spunky and smart student, animal expert and fin-tastic friend to the guppies' school class. Together, the guppies will dance, sing, play and learn valuable lessons as they embark on all-new underwater adventures.

Drew Drechsel of Hamden, Conn., was crowned an American Ninja Warrior Champion on tonight's season 11 finale of “American Ninja Warrior.” 

 NBC has clinched first place for the full September-to-September ratings season in primetime's key demographic of adults 18-49 for the network's sixth consecutive #1 finish.

Last night, SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE came to a sensational season ending when Bailey Munoz was named the winner during the live two-hour season finale, on FOX. Bailey Munoz, 19, from Las Vegas, NV, received the most votes and break-danced off with the cash prize of $250,000, the cover of Dance Spirit magazine and the title of America's Favorite Dancer.

The follow up to Vinnie's critically acclaimed 2015 “AERIAL VISIONS” album will be released on October 9, on his label Mind's Eye Music.  Hollywood Records/Industrial Media's 19 Recordings artist Laine Hardy announced his first headline tour today. After a triumphant show at this past weekend's KABOO Festival, which included Kings of Leon, Dave Matthews Band, Maren Morris, Mumford & Sons amongst dozens of other music luminaries, Hardy also has a homecoming show next weekend on September 28 at North Park in Denham Springs, Louisiana. Laine has two additional pre-tour shows with Toby Keith October 5th in Charleston, South Carolina, and with Jimmie Allen October 24th in Nashville, Tennessee. Tickets for the 2019 Tour go on sale this Friday, September 20. “This is the moment I've been working toward…going out on my own tour!” said Hardy. “I can't wait to share the new songs I've been working on.”

Arsenio Hall announced his new Netflix comedy special, Smart & Classy, this morning from his social channels. The special is set to launch globally on Netflix on October 29, 2019.

CMT today revealed it will honor superstar acts Carrie Underwood, Dan + Shay, Kane Brown, Luke Combs and Thomas Rhett as the top country artists of 2019 to be celebrated at this year's 10th Annual a?oeCMT Artists of the Yeara?? special, broadcasting LIVE from Nashville's Schermerhorn Symphony Center on Wednesday, October 16 at 8pm ET/PT. 

Beginning production in early October in Montreal, Lee Daniels will direct and produce THE UNITED STATES VS. BILLIE HOLIDAY, a new feature film about the legendary jazz singer Billie Holiday. In 2010, Daniels received an Academy Award nomination for Best Director and was the first African American to receive a Director's Guild of America Nomination for Best Director for his critically acclaimed film PRECIOUS. Daniels also helmed the global box-office hit, THE BUTLER in 2013, grossing over $175M worldwide.

Today Netflix announces the new Danish Netflix Original series, Equinox – based on the well-known podcast, Equinox 1985. The six part series will be created by Tea Lindeburg and executive produced by Piv Bernth (The Killing, The Bridge and Follow The Money ) and her company Apple Tree Productions, which is backed by ITV Studios. Production is expected to start later this year.

Broadcast Music, Inc.® (BMI®), announced today that Britpop icon and award-winning songwriter, Noel Gallagher, will receive the BMI President's Award at this year's BMI London Awards in recognition of his influence on songwriting within the music industry. The event will be taking place this year at London's Savoy Hotel on October 21, 2019 and will be hosted by BMI President & CEO Mike O'Neill.

Since their 2007 inception the talented partnership of Zooey Deschanel and M.Ward have released six acclaimed albums as She & Him. A Very She & Him Christmas, the duo's first collection of holiday music, was released in 2011 and quickly became a staple of the festive season. After two more lauded LPs, they released a second Yuletide collection, Christmas Party, in 2016. This year the duo will be embarking on a limited U.S. tour kicking off in Philadelphia on December 4th.
