A dark comedy about Mortimer Brewster, a drama critic who discovers that his sweet, elderly aunts have been poisoning lonely old men as a twisted act of charity. As he tries to deal with his eccentric family—including a brother who believes he's Theodore Roosevelt and another who's a wanted criminal—Mortimer finds himself caught in a whirlwind of chaos and hilarity.
