The Rema Hort Mann Foundation Presents Its 20th Anniversary Gala & Art Auction
During its twenty years, the Rema Hort Mann Foundation has provided support for over 1,000 cancer patients and their families, and close to 200 emerging artists through its two grant programs. What started as a small foundation in New York has now expanded to the community of Los Angeles, where, after launching the Los Angeles Emerging Artist Grant Program in 2013, we are excited to announce the addition of the LA Quality of Life Cancer Grant Program this fall. Through these two grant programs, the Foundation is committed to supporting those that Rema was devoted to helping during her life.
To commemorate RHMF's legacy and ongoing commitment to outstanding new art and pioneering programs, we will honor Dr. David Biro, one of the founding members of theRHMF Quality of Life Program for his continued involvement and great support of the Foundation; and Klaus Biesenbach, Director of MoMA PS1 and a huge advocate for emerging art both in New York and abroad.
