Scott Shuptrine Interiors to Open Two New Luxury Furniture Galleries
Fine furniture and design will soon be more convenient to discriminating homeowners throughout Michigan. Luxury furniture retailer Scott Shuptrine Interiors announced today it plans to add two more galleries in metro Detroit, growing its store count to five, to meet the increased demand for custom furnishings and interior design services.
Scott Shuptrine Interiors will debut a design lab inside the Art Van Furniture store in Novi (27775 Novi Road) on October 24 featuring exclusive collections by Hooker Furniture, Bernhardt Interiors, Century Furniture, American Drew, Highland House and Vanguard Furniture. In addition, Scott Shuptrine Interiors' first standalone gallery is slated to open in March in Grosse Pointe (17141 Kercheval Street) in the 7,600 square foot location that once housed Borders Books and Jacobson's Home Store. Clients will be able to collaborate with Michigan's finest design experts at both custom design studios.
"There is a growing demand for high end home furnishings," says Jeanette McNamara, director of Scott Shuptrine Interiors. "Since we opened our flagship gallery in Royal Oak, as well as our Grand Rapids and Petoskey showrooms inside Art Van Furniture, we have been encouraged by our valued guests to bring our exclusive luxury brands and personalized shopping experience to more communities."
"For the past year, Scott Shuptrine Interiors has brought an exclusive, premium level of home furnishings and service to Michigan, making world-renowned interior design accessible for today's discerning decor enthusiast," says Art Van Elslander, founder and chairman of Art Furniture. "With Michigan's economy improving, we're delighted to open two new locations on both the east and west side of metro Detroit." All stores will offer its signature, complimentary monthly design classes called Trending with Scott's.
