Disney Announces KIDS GO FREE Program Launching 12/1

Disney Theatrical Productions today announced a one-of-a-kind limited ticket offer for its three shows currently running on Broadway: THE LION KING, THE LITTLE MERMAID and Mary Poppins. Beginning at 10:00 am on Monday, December 1 until 11:59 PM on Friday, December 12, ticket buyers can receive one free child's admission for kids 18 and under with each ticket purchased to all performances of Disney's Broadway shows between January 6, 2009 and March 13, 2009.

"Winter is the ideal time to bring families together and Broadway has the power to do that in a singular way," said Thomas Schumacher, producer and president of Disney Theatrical Group. "All three of our Broadway productions are timeless stories about families and I believe that when you give the gift of Broadway - especially to a child -you are making a memory that will last a lifetime."

In time for holiday gift-giving, tickets to one of Disney's Broadway shows provide an excellent option for parents looking for gifts with true value. With all three hit musicals, Disney provides audiences the opportunity to visit three different worlds of fantasy. Tickets can be purchased by phone, through Ticketmaster, at the box office or through a special website created for this offer, www.DisneyOnBroadway.com/KidsGoFree. Some restrictions apply.
