Today, we learned of the passing of Amy Wallis after her long battle with Leukemia. Wallis may be best remembered for having played Anne Shirley in Anne of Green Gables at The Charlottetown Festival for a number of years - as well as in Toronto the last time the production visited here.

BroadwayWorld would like to pay tribute to Amy by remembering her angelic voice in the featured videos.

Wallis' other credits include a number of shows at Drayton Entertainment including The Wizard of OZ and Robin Hood, two musicals with the Stratford Festival (including Sally inYou're A Good Man Charlie Brown), Belle in Beauty and the Beast (Arts Club Theatre Company), and Eponine in Les Miserables at the Western Canada Theatre.
