Come From Away on Stage Videos - Broadway

Come From Away is in its final summer on Broadway, which means you have just two more months to catch it at its home at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre. When you do, take a gander downtown to check out the show's downtown partners, including One World Observatory, the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, and the World Trade Center.

Watch the cast of Come From Away perform 'Wecome to the Rock' on TODAY this morning, as part of the show's Citi Music Series. The performance featured Jenn Collela, Astrid Van Wieren, Emily Walton, Sharone Sayegh, Gene Weygandt, Sharon Wheatley, Paul Whitty, Josh Breckenridge, John Jellison, Tony LePage, and more.

Following a hit season in Hroon, Netherlands, Come from Away continues to spread its message across the world as it begins performances in Amsterdam now through April 10th. In all new footage, watch Willemijn Verkaik as Beverley Bass (and others) perform 'Me And The Sky.'

This afternoon, Broadway veteran Joel Hatch has played his final show with the company of the hit musical, Come From Away. A member of the original cast, Joel Hatch has been with the show since it opened on Broadway just over five years ago on March 12th, 2017. He portrayed 'Claude & others' other characters throughout the production. Gene Weygandt will begin performances in the roles on Tuesday, March 22. Gene joins the company directly from the Australia cast of Come From Away.

Broadway’s Tony & Olivier Award-winning musical Come From Away resumed performances last night at Broadway’s Schoenfeld Theatre. Original Cast Member Joel Hatch, who plays Mayor Claude Elliott in the musical based on a remarkable true story, made a brief curtain speech at the end of the show thanking the audiences for supporting Broadway.

Celebrating its return to Broadway, Company has released a Tiny Desk (Home) Concert with NPR.

Just over a month ago, Come From Away resumed performances on Broadway at the Schoenfeld Theatre, where cast and staff are working hard to keep audiences healthy. On Friday, September 10 Apple TV+ will premiere Come From Away. The live performance was filmed at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre this past May in New York City, where the Broadway production is staged, for an audience that included 9/11 survivors and front-line workers; and, employed over 200 people including members of the Broadway crew, staff and creative teams.

The songwriting team behind Come From Away, Irene Sankoff and David Hein, have written a new song to celebrate Canada, called This is Canada Nice!

The Broadway and North American Tour casts of Come From Away come together in song to pay it forward in service, spirit & strength.

In July 2009, in the backroom of a narrow shop, two young, first-time playwrights performed their first musical at the Toronto Fringe. The show had a quirky title that immediately got it attention. When the first audiences saw it, they knew they were witnessing something unique from writers who had a very promising future. The show became a Fringe sensation. Four months later, David Mirvish, the largest Canadian commercial theatre producer, presented a longer vision of the show at the 700-seat Panasonic Theatre (now the CAA Theatre), where it was extended five times.
