Prime Video released the official first-look photos for the upcoming limited series The English, starring Emily Blunt (A Quiet Place franchise, Sicario, Oppenheimer) and Chaske Spencer (Wild Indian, Echo). The series is from award-winning writer and director Hugo Blick (The Honourable Woman, Black Earth Rising, The Shadow Line).

Brooklyn-based Hello Mary share new song “Rabbit” ahead of summer tour dates. Featuring their trademark harmonies and one rock-star-esque guitar solo, the earworm of a song is out via Frenchkiss Records who signed the the trio this spring. Hello Mary is Helena Straight (guitar, vox), Mikaela Oppenheimer (bass), and Stella Wave (drums, vox).

Custom Made Theatre Co.'s Board of Directors announced that co-founder Brian Katz will retire from his day-to-day position in mid-August after serving for twenty-three years, first as Artistic Director since their formation, and then as Executive Artistic Director since 2019. He will remain the President of the Board of Directors for the company.  

Executive Producer Joe Hisaishi and the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) have announced that leading innovator in puppetry, animatronics, and digital animation, Jim Henson's Creature Shop, will create the puppets for the global stage premiere of Studio Ghibli's My Neighbour Totoro, opening at the Barbican on Saturday 8 October 2022.

Axis Theatre Company will return to in-person events with the world premiere of Worlds Fair Inn, an absurdist comedy written and directed by Randy Sharp. Running June 2–19, Worlds Fair Inn takes inspiration from the failures and genius of three men.
