The New York Youth Symphony (NYYS) continues its 2019-2020 season with a performance by the 17-member NYYS Jazz ensemble on Monday, March 9, 2020 in two sets at 7:30pm and 9:30pm, at Dizzy's Club, Jazz at Lincoln Center, led by Director Andy Clausen. Titled Celebrating Charlie Parker @ 100, and featuring saxophonist Steve Wilson, the performances pay homage to Charlie Parker's centennial, musical legacy, and bebop innovations with selections by Parker, Wilson, Bennie Moten, Jelly Roll Morton, Duke Ellington, and more. NYYS Jazz will also give the world premiere of the NYYS First Music commission In the Shadow of Tall Giants by Devin Reilly.

Today, Tech N9ne announces the “ENTERFEAR Tour 2020” with Jelly Roll and drops a new music video, “Yeah No!” (feat. Mackenzie Nicole). “Yeah No!” was released in November on the ENTERFEAR - Level 1 EP; the five-track effort offered fans the first taste of Tech N9ne's next album, which is set for release in 2020.

Rittz drops the highly anticipated Put A Crown On It album via his own label, CNT. The 12-track effort includes features from Paul Wall, Jelly Roll, Yelawolf, Twista, Dizzy Wright, Big Hud, Too $hort, and Futuristic. The album title comes from Rittz's dedication to excellence--the phrase “put a crown on it” has become the seal of approval from the Atlanta Rapper as he launches his new imprint, CNT Entertainment. “A lot of us are underdogs and have-nots,” Rittz explains. “So I'm like, 'Forget that. Let's put a crown on everything.' Everything that we do, I want to put a crown on it”

Knobloch and Schuyler originated the first in-the-round show at Nashville's famed Bluebird Cafe over 36 years ago. Set in the center of the room, in-the-round has evolved into the venue's signature format, and the two creators, along with Arata and Johnson have been dubbed “The Bluebird Cafe's Fab Four.”
