The six women who originated their iconic roles in Broadway's 'Beauty and the Beast,' 'The Lion King,' 'Tarzan,' 'Mary Poppins,' and 'Frozen' stopped by The View to perform a special medley to celebrate 25 years of Disney on Broadway.

On Friday morning's episode of TODAY, Caissie Levy, who plays Elsa in the Broadway musical a?oeFrozen,a?? and Patti Murin, who plays Elsa's younger sister Anna, stop by to talk to Jenna Bush Hager and Willie Geist about what it means to be part of the stage sensation. The duo also performs fan favorite a?oeLet It Goa?? live in Studio 1A.

The Hysterical Womxn's Society brought together stars of stage and screen stars to help raise more than $55,000 at their first-ever benefit event 'Voice for Choice' last night at The Cutting Room. Award-winning comedian, writer and activist Judy Gold hosted the one-night-only event in partnership with the ACLU of New York, that assembled strong voices from womxn and allies in the Broadway community and beyond. All proceeds from the event supported the ACLU of New York and the National Network of Abortion Funds.

In honor of Disney celebrating 25 years on Broadway, company members from Frozen, Aladdin, The Lion King, and more performed a medley of Disney songs!

'The Chers' Stephanie J. Block, Teal Wicks and Micaela Diamond from THE CHER SHOW; Caissie Levy, Elsa in FROZEN; James T. Lane, Paul in KISS ME, KATE; and Ali Stroker, Ado Annie in OKLAHOMA! performed numbers from their shows at TDF's 2019 Gala on Monday night, March 11 at Manhattan's historic Gotham Hall (1356 Broadway @ 36th Street, NYC).

Caissie Levy, who stars as Elsa in the Broadway production of FROZEN, opens up on GOOD MORNING AMERICA about what fans can expect from the new musical.

'I keep saying that I forgot that I know how to act, as opposed to making faces and appropriate gestures... It's a fairytale, sure. But it's a story that has to be told in a clear and concise way. [Michael Grandage] was the first person to tell me, 'You have to make it truthful. Don't just do things.' So Anna is rooted very deeply in truth.'

To celebrate the debut of the Frozen Original Broadway Cast Recording, the show has just released a brand new, behind-the-scenes music video of its best known song and Act I closer, "Let It Go." This is the first time that the Broadway version of the song, and Caissie Levy's (Elsa) thrilling vocal performance, have been heard outside of the St. James Theatre. The video takes the viewer into the recording studio with Levy and into the backstage and onstage worlds of the cast of the Broadway production of Frozen. "Let It Go" won the Academy Award® in 2014 for Best Original Song.

'This is the story of my career... I have worked my way up. I am not someone who got out of college and got handed the plum Broadway roles. I started as an understudy. I started in the ensemble. I was on a non-Equity tour, then I got to Broadway after a year in Toronto with Hairspray and eighteen months on tour. I'm playing the long game and I think that has made me a better actor and company member.'
