54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, will present the return by popular demand of “Backstage Babble Live!,” which BroadwayWorld called “one of the starriest, most entertaining, and most magical nights of the theater season.” Based on the podcast hosted by 15-year-old expert Charles Kirsch, the concert will feature performances and stories from some of his guests.

Bay Street Theater had the honor of hosting two distinguished guests at Saturday night's performance of the groundbreaking musical Double Helix. Internationally renowned astrophysicist and science communications expert Neil deGrasse Tyson, as well as Josh Franklin, the great nephew of the late Rosalind Franklin, attended the captivating production, further highlighting the show's profound impact on both the scientific and artistic communities. The Muny announced that Bryonha Marie, Mamie Parris, James T. Lane, Alan H. Green, Thom Sesma, Meredith Aleigha Wells, Madeleine Doherty, Katy Geraghty, Brandon Espinoza, F. Michael Haynie and Darron Hayes will star in the divine musical comedy Sister Act, August 14 - 20, 2023.

Gingold Theatrical Group  announced that the company will present Shakespeare Sonnet Soirée, a virtual event that will stream live on Sunday April 23, 2023, at 6pm ET, in honor of Shakespeare's 459th birthday. Shakespeare Sonnet Soirée is open to the public and will be available to watch live on GTG's Facebook page.

Today's subject Jason Ma is currently living his theatre life telling us all about 'The Advantages of Floating in The Middle of The Sea' in Signature Theatre's current production of Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman's underappreciated masterpiece Pacific Overtures. Jason plays the lead role of Reciter plus other characters as well. The production runs through April ninth in Signature's MAX space.

After a celebrated first season, IndieWorks Theatre Company has announced that 12-time award-winning mini-musical radio play series Bite-Sized Broadway is accepting second season submissions of new mini-musical works for four weeks beginning Monday, February 6 through Sunday, March 5, 2023. 

Tony Award winner Santino Fontana (Tootsie) will perform in the role of Father Kenny in Classic Stage Company A Man of No Importance, starting tonight, December 7.
