Taylor Louderman (Tony Nominee, Mean Girls), Hannah Kloepfer, and Nat Zegree present a?oePITCH INa??  a new one-act STEM youth musical for all genders and flexible cast sizes. 

On Monday, April 6th, 2020, at 9:30PM, MT Shorts, the premiere platform for musical short films, will celebrate those that came before them by paying homage to the great movie musicals of the last century. This one-night-only event, at Feinstein's/54 Below, will include a sneak peak preview of MT Shorts' upcoming film 'Still Here' written by Ben Roseberry and Chip Klose and directed by Kaye Tuckerman, featuring a clip from the movie and Roseberry debuting one of the songs live.

Flat Rock Playhouse's 2020 season kicks off with Music on the Rock The Music of Queen, a concert celebrating the hits of the legendary rock group whose catchy choruses and memorable melodies have remained classics for decades. Featuring the group's famous songs including a?oeBohemian Rhapsody,a?? a?oeWe Will Rock You,a?? a?oeDon't Stop Me Now,a?? a?oeAnother One Bites the Dust,a?? and more, The Music of Queen runs February 13 through the 23 on the Leiman Mainstage in Flat Rock, NC.

Broadway Night, the monthly musical theatre cabaret, will host MT Shorts to celebrate the release of their new musical short film JUMP, filmed in partnership with Atlanta Workshop Players (AWP) and penned by 2019 Jonathan Larson Grant Recipient Andy Roninson at Prohibition on Sunday November 24th at 8:30 PM.

The 51st Annual Jeff Awards Ceremony took place on October 21, 2019, during a spirited evening at Drury Lane Oakbrook. 'Frankenstein,' produced by Remy Bumppo Theatre Company, took home five awards, including Best Production a?' Play in the Midsize category. Court Theatre also took home five awards, including the coveted Ensemble Award for 'For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide/When the Rainbow is Enuf' and four awards for a?oePhotograph 51.a?? Steppenwolf Theatre Company's production of 'Downstate' received the Jeff Award for Best Production - Play in the Large category. The award for Best Production - Musical in the Large category went to 'Six' at Chicago Shakespeare Theater, and the award for Best Production - Musical in the Midsize category went to 'Caroline, or Change,' produced by Firebrand Theatre in partnership with TimeLine Theatre Company.
