On April 22 at 7:00 PM (ET), Queens Theatre will spotlight stories about resilience and hope amid the COVID-19 pandemic with its new film, I See You and You See Me, based on oral history and source material from the Queens Memory Project.

THE MUSICAL OF MUSICALS (THE MUSICAL!)...AND MORE! premieres on Sunday evening, April 18, 2021 at 7:00PM to benefit the York Theatre, which suffered water damage after a water main break earlier this year. Tom D'Angora and Michael D'Angora talked with CBS about the upcoming event, where the idea came from, and how important it is to help out this historic venue.

The York Theatre Company announced today an anonymous donor WILL match all donations this week up $50,000 as part of its “Rebuild The York” campaign which leads up to the Gala Benefit performance of THE MUSICAL OF MUSICALS (THE MUSICAL!)…AND MORE!, which begins streaming on demand on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at 7:00PM.

 The York Theatre Company will present an All-Singing, All-Talking, All-Virtual special benefit presentation of the Off-Broadway hit _THE MUSICAL OF MUSICALS (THE MUSICAL!).This event will raise funds to help The York recover and rebuild after devastating damage from a water main break on January 4, 2021.

In 2020, 14 up and coming performers competed every Tuesday night to win the title of 'Rising Star' and a cash prize of $1000. The competition was narrowed to their top 4 finalists and the Covid-19 outbreak prevented them from hosting their grand finale. They are taking it digital to announce which one of these talented vocalists came out on top!

Cabaret, concert and recording artist Travis Moser will release his latest EP So Many People: The Sondheim Sessions on Friday, October 23rd.

Weathervane Theatre's inaugural alternating repertory fall season starts this week with a??Little Shop of Horrors a??on Wednesday, September 9 at 7PM and a??Miracle on South Division Streeta?? on Friday, September 11 at 7PM. These productions will run in alternating repertory through October 11th.

Kevin Smith Kirkwood will direct and choreograph Kinky Boots as part of Season 55. Kirkwood was a cast member of the Broadway production for the entirety of its incredible six year run. Previous to Kirkwood's Broadway turn he was a member of Weathervane Theatre's Resident Acting Company for three seasons. Weathervane credits include Big River, The Wiz, Violet, and his New Hampshire Theatre Alliance award-winning performance of Angel in RENT.
