The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Georgetown University will celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with a free, ticketed musical tribute, the Let Freedom Ring Celebration. The annual program, part of the Center’s Millennium Stage free daily performance series, features Leslie Odom, Jr.

Toronto-based cosmic country band Honey Harper released their sophomore album Honey Harper & The Infinite Sky via ATO Records. Also they announced a 2023 European tour that will make stops in London, Paris, Brussels and more. The band is currently in the midst of a national tour supporting Amanda Shires with upcoming shows.

The video was directed by Luke Orlando and shot at Baby’s All Right in Brooklyn, NY. The band also released an official performance video filmed at EastWest Studios in Los Angeles, CA. The song was written by frontman William Fussell and Honey Harper co-founder and keyboardist Alana Pagnutti, who took a far greater role in songwriting following their 2020 debut album Starmaker.

The Infinite Sky features their longtime bassist and contributing writer Mick Mayer, pianist John Carroll Kirby (Solange, Steve Lacy), Spoon keyboardist Alex Fischel, guitarist Jackson MacIntosh (Drugdealer, Jessica Pratt), pedal-steel player Connor Gallaher (Black Lips, Calexico), and TOPS drummer Riley Fleck.
