Images have been released following last night’s press night of Bonnie and Clyde the musical, attended by the show’s writing team Frank Wildhorn, Don Black and Ivan Menchell alongside Noma Dumezweni, Amelia Lily, Kevin Clifton, AJ Pritchard, Abbie Quinnen, Samantha Barks, Christopher Chung and Rachael Wooding.

Stop the press! The most renowned victims of the romanticisation of violence have taken up residence in London. The Arts theatre - former home of the worldwide hit Six - is now housing the West End debut of Bonnie and Clyde.

BONNIE AND CLYDE THE MUSICAL began performances at The Arts Theatre this week, starring Frances Mayli McCann as ‘Bonnie Parker’, Jordan Luke Gage as ‘Clyde Barrow’, Natalie McQueen as ‘Blanche Barrow’ and George Maguire as ‘Buck Barrow’.

On Sunday, the West End Calling Grand Finals took over the Charing Cross Theatre for the day, where 28 young performers from all over the country came together to perform in the two shows - the Junior Final and the Senior Final.

This is further to confirmation from the government that rehearsals can continue in a socially distanced environment during this period of national Coronavirus measures.  

For one year only, pantomime comes to the National Theatre. Jude Christian and Cariad Lloyd's hilarious and heartfelt version of Dick Whittington, first staged at Lyric Hammersmith in 2018 and freshly updated for 2020, will open in the socially distanced Olivier theatre on the 11 December.  

The Performing Arts sector has united in a social media protest to highlight the urgency for government help. Utilizing the hashtags #MoreThanViable #NotLowSkilled, creatives and fans are uploading highlights of their skills and support at exactly 19:30 (BST) 7th October.
